 Sandra DesJardins resides in the Owen Sound, Ontario. She  custom crafts Ojibway style basketry from Adirondack Mountain natural materials.  Sandra is of Metis, Ojibway, French and Cree descent.  Basket making as an art form is both beautiful and functional. Oil painting, watercolors, and other artist mediums are used in her expressive paintings.
